David Taig completed his French Polishing apprenticeship with highly respected 'Tessa' Furniture in 1979. He continued to perfect his trade with Ash Furniture of Melbourne until moving to the beautiful Sunshine Coast in 1996 where he opened Ace French Polishing.

Word of mouth quickly spread of his commitment to quality at a reasonable price. The traditional French Polishing technique is no longer viable but David continues to deliver using the superior new finishes.
